Spring is here and the Great Western Alpaca Show is just around the corner! GWAS is a Level V AOBA certified show and is well known across the country. Over 200 farms will be participating. The show begins May 1 and runs through May 3 at the National Western Complex in Denver Colorado.

Alpaca Angel Acres is proud to be a participant in this exciting event. Plan on spending at least one full day! A wide range of alpaca products will be on display and available for purchase.

There will also be a Photography & Art Competition featuring categories such as humor, crias, alpacas interacting, farm scenes and digitally manipulated creations.

The performance events feature our young handlers as they display their expertise with their alpacas and this is always heartwarming and a joy to watch.

See you there!

Alpaca Web Site Design ...

When I fell in love with alpacas I knew I had to have a web site to be successful and make my dream a reality. Frankly, I didn't know where to start. I wanted to have a logo that expressed my vision for the farm and was also "eye catching" and memorable. I also wanted a web site that had everything a prospective customer was looking for. This included not only our services but also information for the alpaca enthusiast. Area attractions for those seeking a Colorado vacation and much much more. There are many web site designers out there but I wanted a specialist in the field who is familiar with alpacas and has the same passion for alpacas that I do.

SEO Alpaca was recommended to me by Fred Kraft of Northwest Alpacas in Hillsboro Oregon. I immediately contacted Stone Reuning the president of the company. Stone put me in touch with his art director/webmaster Gabriela Zapien and what an art director she is! I described my vision to Gaby and in no time at all the logo was created. It was absolutely perfect and truly expressed my vision. Gaby next created the website header. The logo was the focal point and was carried out through the header beautifully. A recent update to the header now features my four boys.

The next step was to create the pages of the web site and this is when I was introduced to Lisa Banks, marketing director for SEO Alpaca. I described what I would like the web site to offer. Lisa understood with very little explanation from me what I was looking for. Lisa created a power point "site plan" that was absolutely perfect and detailed everything I wanted to present and much more than I would ever have imagined. Lisa is not only the marketing director, she is a wonderful writer who is absolutely brilliant with words!

Gaby and Lisa created the web site of my dreams!

When you are ready for your own web site or if you are looking to change or enhance your current web site, look no further than SEO Alpaca!!
